13 Steps: Finding That Perfect Niche Website

Hello Iyunk77,

I was very happy to see just HOW interested all my followers were
in the niche web site I just offered for sale. I think it sold in
about 5 minutes after the email went out! And then I still had
countless emails about it!

All the interest shows me I have done a good job in getting the word
out on how important small niche selection is.

I will soon have another to offer. But next time I'll will use an
auction format in order to give everyone equal chance.

You may not have even seen the email about the site until it was
already sold...sorry about that.
